Led a team of 9 students to organize, plan and execute the Life Sciences Career Week

 

  • Managed team of 9 students to organize and execute Life Sciences Career Expo
  • Week long series of events dedicated to professional development including job fair
  • Obtained sponsorships from leading biotech firms like Life Technologies, Celgene, Amylin
  • Managed all event logistics – parking, catering, spaces, registration, sponsorship

 

 

Thanks to the efforts of our student team, we were able to successfully place 3 seniors at full time positions along with over a dozen part time laboratory jobs at various biotech firms such as Life Technologies, Celgene, Amyline, Amgen etc.
